Although we now have an ebay store with a small number of items, we don't currently offer an e-commerce website for you to purchase directly from (coming in 2025), but we are still able to provide a personalised mail order service for those products not restricted to collection only by the manufacturer.

Any stock items can be sent out same day for next working day delivery (monday-thursday) if ordered before 3pm. Items not in stock will be subject to manufacturer's delivery times, and will be confirmed before order confirmation.
For card payments, the ordered item will only be sent to the cardholder's address for security purposes. To send to an address of your choice, payment by bank transfer will be required.
Shipping is free of charge for items at full rrp.
All items are sent tracked and insured via Parcel Force or UPS.
returns
For non faulty items, you have 14 days to notify us of your intent to return. After this notice is given, you have 14 days within which to return it to us. During your possession, please ensure the item is looked after, as we reserve the right to make a charge for any damage, marks, or scuffs to the item that can make it undesirable for a future owner. Please ensure the item is exactly packed as it was when received in its original box and packaging (it's a good idea to take photos before unpacking), and complete with all originally supplied accessories. Any item received damaged due to incorrect packaging will also attract a charge, depending on the severity of the damage.
In the unlikely event you experience a problem with your new product, please first contact us and we will and do everything we can there and then, as some issues can be rectified over the phone or via email. If it turns out there is a physical issue with the product preventing it from being used as intended, please return it to us. Once received back, we will test it out to confirm the fault, then issue a replacement or refund, as well as refund of the shipping costs (if paid for). Non faulty items will be returned to the buyer at their expense, and any previous shipping charges will not be refunded.
We can provide shipping labels for you for any of the above, but any collection failure due to nobody being at home on the agreed designated collection day will be additionally charged for. Outside of 30 days, any faulty item must be returned to us at your own expense. We will then do our best to complete a speedy repair of your item once received.
